Jan Quinn has been the owner and manager of Jan’s Workout in Blackburn Hamlet for over 30 years, outlasting other larger fitness organizations in the area. In the fitness industry since 1976, she has been a YMCA-YWCA Trainer, Evaluator, Supervisor and Educator. Her various certifications include Group Fitness, Older Adults, Stability Ball with the YMCA and more recently, through Canfit Pro.
Her commitment to fitness has been an inspiration to her many fitness participants having accumulated experience in many distance running and biking events, a Marathon, Triathlon and a Duathlon. A lover of the outdoors, Jan plays tennis and golf in the summer while skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
Jan has always appreciated the dedication of her many fitness participants in the Blackburn area, and cherishes those who have been with Jan’s Workout for 30 years.
